New types of measurement
Recent technological advancements allow for new types of measurements to be implemented in Web-based data collection. The task force seeks to investigate and summarize these and help in disseminating useful and reliable measurements in the community.

Aim: collect and write a report on new types of measurements, disseminate findings.

Dear Ulf,

I would like to join this task force. New types of measurement I'm interested in and working with are: biometrics in websurveys (e.g. accelerometers, internet weighing scales), smartphone - and tablet datacollection, etc.

TF6 met in Bergamo, despite last-minute cancellation of trip by some. John Krantz and I discussed ways of adapting measurement to mobile devices under guidance of perception principles.

Also we worked on an article that includes some of our discussion and is now in press:
